ROTRING mechanical pencil MANNY 0,5

This strange pen is found in (Spanish) Rotring Variant 3 pen sets 110825.
It doesn't seem like Rotring product, probably made by Zebra but for some reason was marked as rotring and used in variant set.

I have seen them in yellow and red color also.

How and why this happened still needs to be discovered.
