250 02X ArtPen full white - grey

I came across this amazing rarity in the line of ArtPens.
It is completely white with light grey tops.
Upper grip part, near nib which is black on almost all pens in Artpen series even colored ones and Millenium versions...is white like on artpen White.
But White artpen has black ring and this one has red.

It has no Artpen written on pen. Advertisement was on the cap and was digitally removed.

Unfortunately no further information about this exception was found.
