25002X ArtPen Silver Prototype

I came across this amazing rarity in the line of ArtPens.
It is plastic version of Artpen painted in matte silver and with black tops.

It has clearly written "rotring ArtPen" so it is not color ArtPen.

1.1. size

I thought it to be part of Millennium series...but not one of these.
Unfortunately no further information about this exception was found.
