This unique and rare prototype has different finish then usual 700 series.
The body and cap are guncolor and top under the nib is has mate finish with special dot decoration.

Origins and existing number of these is yet to be discovered.
Highly possible that it was not sold in stores.
Has no 700 written on it.

With blue fine point refill, cushion-mounted for smooth writing.
Airtight closing soft-snap cap.
