This seems to be version from 2007. when it was produced in black and sliver matt version and seems silver was ballpoint and black pencil 0.5mm.
This silver matt is different then old one in regard that has chrome top and bottom and clip, rotring is engraved in the clip, and has printed red rign on the bottom.
Black was similar but with polished black body.

Using usual D1 ballpoint mini refills.

This black with silver fittings and matt chrome versions with red ring near bottom and rotring engraved in clip.
as ballpoint pens from 2007.-2010.

The only thing I don't like about this series is that it is design shape was obviously strongly inspired by Cross classic Century pencil which has almost identical clip, bottom and overall shape.
