xxxx Snake template

This is one of the strangest and most bizarre rotring templates I have ever seen.

Marked with "schulfunk schlangen-schablone" that translates to "school radio snake-template"
Shaped as a snake with two heads, one with a smile and other angry.
Obviously template made children.
Not entire alphabet is there, so was not planned for writing letters.

BR logo is not known to me.
Update: Ok...so I have been informed lately that the logo stands for
Bayerischer Rundfunk.

'SCHULFUNK' was a school radio program of West German Broadcasting. The focus of the lessons like nature, technology, biology etc and which started in the late 1920s. with a long tradition falling off in 1990s.

So might be some kind of promotional or anniversary product.

Very cool and rare find...stil left to decipher it's true purpose.
