I find this compass quite unique with plastic red button for rapid adjustment, and grippy central wheel (phi 16mm) for fine tuning, very practical in use.

Production started in 1986. but this model was introduced in 1988. when plastic pencil attachment replaced metal one.

Material: brass, high-gloss chrome-plated.
