This beautiful small clutch pencil replaced metal lead in 1988. Before that time only 2mm rotring metal compass leads existed.
So this was revolutionary at those times.

Was available in 4 sizes:
0.3, 0.5 and 0.7mm with similar mechanism and look and 2mm.

0.5mm is most commons size since it was part of every set from now on. Other sizes are rarer to find.

Sold in sets of 5.
Can be mounted in most rotring technical pen bodies...which is amazing.
