This pencil is equipped with 4mm long protected metal sleeve avoiding breakage of the mine and ensuring an precision working with rulers.
Rotring F is equipped with 0.5 mm polymer mines, hardness HB. Mechanical pencil container contains 3 spare mines.

This is most likely first generation of rotring F from 1979...later to became Tikky F...and then later becoming famous Tikky special.
Unlike T and S version it has fixed sleeve.
Some details prove it's age.
Only rotring old logo on clip.
Straight bottom of the cap, same as on metal S.
Metal mechanism with plastic part on top.
